"I was treated so horrible yesterday by a manager named Dharri at the Florence location by the Florence Civic Center. We have been paying on time every day until yesterday when the girl that covers the next shift didn’t show up till 3:30 and my husband had to get our daughter and then come get me and he didn’t get there till after 4. I told her I was sorry that I was running late and I tried to explain to her why I was running late and she just started hollering at me telling me I better get there asap. I forgot it was card and I forgot to put the money on there cause I was being rushed so I had cash and told her that situation well she started screaming at me and stuff. Now we get there give her the cash and she is slamming stuff and talking rude and she gave me my room keys and told me we were not allowed to book another room are go back there. She was so nasty and mean and I think she treats only certain people a different type of way. Also her co worker saw the whole thing his name is Andrew."

"I would stay again. The floor above walking was a bit obnoxious. But I still had a good night sleep. Staff was pleasant."

"the hotel looks like it was an abandon site. The only place that looked decent was the lobby area. I rented two rooms, one had roaches, microwave filthy and the room was not clean. I will never stay there or recommend anyone stay there. It was cheap but not worth it. "
